District 19 - Serangoon Garden, Hougang, Punggol, Sengkang

Punggol is a hot favourite for young couples just starting out their lives together due to its affordable entry price points and decent-sized units which are more geared towards long term home use, instead of investment.

A previous gripe used to be its inaccessibility and lack of amenities, but thanks to the recent lifestyle developments in the area Punggol has steadily won its share of fans. The area is also home of newer educational institutes, making it perfect for those with young school going children.
